Project Manager/Account Manager

The Project Manager/Account Manager will be responsible to co-ordinate the software & web development as well the implementation of the software.

Project Manager/Account Manager’s responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinate project kick-off with client to check project specifications and schedule report to the Technical Director on all project matters
  • Deliver a weekly report to the Technical Director on project status
  • Manage the development team assigned to the specific client or product
  • Assist in determining the functional process flows & client requirements
  • Assist in defining customization required per client or software application
  • Assist with acquiring all project information prior to customization, which will involve all process and integration information with 3rd parties & client
  • Assist with defining and obtaining all technical information pertaining to the software implementation
  • Gives presentations or briefings on all aspects of the project
  • Participates in phase, milestone, and final project reviews
  • Identifies project documentation requirements or procedures and assists in the compilation of this project documentation
  • Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with client
  • Develops, modifies, or provides input to project plans
  • Implements project plans to meet objectives
  • Coordinates and integrates project activities
  • Manages & administers project resources
  • Implements or maintains quality assurance processes
  • Makes improvements, solves problems, and be proactive
  • Skills Requirement

    The ideal candidate should have the following skills and abilities:

  • Project Management degree or any other business degree
  • Min of 2 years Project Management experience
  • People management skills – capable of supervising and managing the development team
  • Client management skills – committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Communication skills – with management, client, development team etc
  • Team player – the person will work closely with all co-workers & clients
  • Principles and techniques used in budget management
  • Good communication skills & techniques
  • Personal Profile

  • Must be in possession of a valid passport
  • Must be willing to travel frequently and for extended periods of time
  • Must have own transport & valid drivers license
  • Salary
    Negotiable – based on experience
